Belles & Boots, the latest venture from Lotus Concepts Management in Denver, is set to open on April 4 with a country and western theme. The 4,000-square-foot space will feature line dancing, mechanical bull riding, and DJ sets, creating a high-energy atmosphere. The decor includes desert mountain motifs, custom wood furniture, rustic floors, and a boot-shaped disco ball hanging from the ceiling. The rooftop patio offers views of LoDo and Coors Field.
Owner Francois Safieddine aims to give the classic cowboy bar a modern twist while still honoring Western and ranching culture. The menu will feature smoked meats like brisket and burnt ends, along with other comfort food favorites like pulled pork and mac n’ cheese. A robust beverage program includes cocktails served in souvenir boot-shaped cups.
During the day, Belles & Boots will be family-friendly, but it will transition to a 21+ venue at night. This new establishment adds to Safieddine’s portfolio, which includes popular Denver spots like View House and My Neighbor Felix. With its unique theme and entertainment offerings, Belles & Boots is sure to attract locals and visitors alike looking for a fun and lively dining experience.
