This year’s event, overseen by sculptor Misha Kahn, featured oversized inflatable sculptures amidst the rigid Rationalist architecture of the villa. Kahn contrasted the serious tone of the building with playful balloons covered in colorful fabrics. The party guests, including prominent figures from the design and fashion industries, enjoyed a variety of cocktails and snacks by chef Rose Chalalai Singh. The sculptures glowed in the evening light, creating a whimsical atmosphere. The party concluded as guests were given custom Dedar-fabric tote bags filled with gifts to prepare them for the upcoming week.
Kahn, known for his surrealistic furniture designs, showcased his latest creations during Milan Design Week, including his Azimuth series and carved wooden chairs.
