The iconic Colorado restaurant Casa Bonita has announced that reservations for June, July and August will open on Monday morning at 9 a.m. The public can enter the queue to make reservations at CasaBonitaDenver.com for the summer, with availability through September 7th. Known for its cliff divers, pirate cave, and sopapillas, Casa Bonita had previously been operating on an invite-only basis but opened its doors to the public in September 2024.
Guests are no longer required to pay for their meal in advance and will now receive table service. Reservations can be made with a credit card, and all guests over the age of 3 must order an entrée. Casa Bonita, owned by “South Park” creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone, underwent extensive renovations and reopened last year after a long closure.
