Mobolade denied any involvement in the incident and stated that false claims about his participation have been circulating due to politically motivated individuals.
Mobolade expressed his frustration with the rumors and clarified that he had no knowledge or involvement in the crime. He cooperated fully with the investigation and provided all requested communication without a subpoena. The Department of Justice has identified him as a victim or potential victim in the case.
