Celebrity hairstylist Charles Worthington has put his picturesque Colorado ranch on the market for $25 million. The 150-acre property, located in the Capitol Creek Valley near Aspen, features a main home, ancillary structures, and a variety of recreational activities. The ranch was purchased by Worthington and his partner Allan Peters in 2019 for $3.8 million, and they have since transformed it into a dream home described as a sanctuary with heartfelt design and functionality.
The main home on the property boasts six en suite bedrooms, seven baths, a fireside great room, formal dining room, rustic kitchen, and a primary suite with an inviting bath. Additionally, the estate includes a lakeside cabin, caretaker’s residence, fitness center, cinema room, meditation tent, stable, and plenty of outdoor recreational opportunities like pond hockey, cross-country skiing, horseback riding, and fishing.
Worthington, known for creating bespoke hairstyles for celebrities like Goldie Hawn and Sarah Jessica Parker, sold his beauty company in 2004 for $47 million. In addition to the Colorado ranch, he and Peters have renovated a villa on the Greek isle of Mykonos, which was listed for sale at $53 million. The couple has not disclosed if the Mykonos property has been sold. Interested buyers can view more photos of the stunning Rocky Mountain retreat.
