The Denver Gazette is now accepting event information for those taking place in the Denver area. Events can be submitted to carlotta.olson@gazette.com at least two weeks in advance for consideration to be listed in the calendar, subject to space availability.
This week in Denver, a variety of events are taking place on Wednesday. Highlights include “Flatirons in Winter” painting class at Sipping N’ Painting Hampden, music performances by Dan Spencer and Kelsy Karter & the Heroines, comedy show by Jeff Alan, a concert by rock bands Hinder, Saliva, and Kingdom Collapse at the Gothic Theatre, and small group performances by Rich & Gang at Newman Center for the Arts.
In addition, a Concert for LA: A Benefit for Wildfire Victims will be held at Chautauqua Community House in Boulder, featuring Asal with Marco Luka & Yan Yez performing at Globe Hall in Denver, and a kickback event with DJ Tinsel Junk at Hi-Dive.
Other events throughout the week include the George Nelson Band performing at License No. 1 in Boulder, and the exhibition “Horizon: On the Plains with John Fielder” at History Colorado Center in Denver, running through January 24th.
