Feed Colorado, one of the state’s largest food drives, has kicked off with a goal of collecting 65 tons of food to fight hunger in Colorado. Led by Arc Thrift Stores and Denver7, the campaign aims to support Volunteers of America Colorado’s Hunger Services Programs, which help provide essential meals to those in need. Nonperishable food items are in high demand, and donations can be made at Arc Thrift Stores, donation stations, or through financial contributions at BOK Financial bank branches.
The impact of food insecurity on families, seniors, and veterans cannot be ignored, and Feed Colorado provides a way for the community to come together and make a difference. Through this initiative, dignity, stability, and hope are being restored for thousands of individuals facing hunger in Colorado.
