Crews are searching for a missing person after a boat capsized near Staten Island, New York, leaving three people dead. The U.S. Coast Guard was alerted to a vessel taking on water in the Ambrose Channel off the coasts of Sandy Hook, New Jersey, and Staten Island and Queens. Five people were pulled from the water, with four unresponsive.
