Upcoming Events in Denver This Weekend
Denver area residents are in for a weekend filled with festive activities and entertainment. The highlights are set for Saturday, featuring a variety of events suitable for all ages.
Kick off the day with "Santa Claus is Coming to ARC" from 10 a.m. to noon at the Bear Valley Store, where families can enjoy a jolly atmosphere. Later, join in some light-hearted fun at "Elf Goat Yoga" at the Orchard Town Center with sessions at 10 a.m., noon, and 2 p.m., where adorable goats dressed as elves will accompany yogis for $15-$30.
Music lovers can enjoy a magical experience with the Original Dickens Carolers performing live at Larimer Square from 3 to 5 p.m. For comedy enthusiasts, Troy Walker and Friends will take the stage at Comedy Works South at 6 p.m., tickets priced at $22.
An outdoor adventure awaits at the Winter Solstice Celebration, where participants can enjoy a guided hike and marshmallow roast at Bear Creek Lake Park from 6-8 p.m. for just $5. Meanwhile, Cherokees Ranch & Castle will host "The Jersey’s Return for the Holidays" at 7 p.m. with tickets available for $84.
As the evening unfolds, music continues with the Face Vocal Band’s "Joy to the World" performance at the Paramount Theatre, Klezfest holiday celebration featuring a lineup of artists at Mercury Café, and The Second City with their comedy show, “The Good, The Bad and the Ugly Sweater,” all at 7:30 p.m.
Wrap up a busy Saturday with "Rocky Mountain Stocking Stuffers" at Swallow Hill Music, kicking off at 8 p.m.
