Skyler has a developmental disability, prompting significant concerns regarding her safety. She is described as being 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing around 165 pounds, with black hair and green eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a distinctive red and white checkered jacket and blue jeans. Additionally, she was carrying a black Hawaiian backpack adorned with flowers.
