Two men have been arrested in connection with a shooting on Interstate 25 in Denver. The incident occurred early Friday morning south of Colorado Boulevard, where two individuals in a car were shot and taken to the hospital for treatment. The victims, both adult males, were in a vehicle that came to a stop on the shoulder of the interstate near the Belleview Avenue exit. Denver police are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting and are not releasing arrest documents as they search for more possible suspects. The arrested individuals, Burr Charlesworth, 42, and Luis Mendoza, 35, are facing charges of attempted murder and assault.
