The Colorado Division of Motor Vehicles collected over 1,100 new stuffed animals during its annual Teddy Bear Patrol drive. The drive, in its seventh year, aims to provide comfort to children during emergencies by supplying first responder and emergency response teams with the stuffed animals. This year, the public was invited to donate, resulting in a total of 6,122 stuffed animals being collected. DMV Senior Director Electra Bustle expressed gratitude for the community’s support in making a difference for children in distress. The donations will help provide a sense of comfort and security to kids during difficult times. The annual donation effort is led by KOSI 101.1 and more information can be found on their website. This successful drive showcases the community coming together to support a meaningful cause and make a positive impact on children in need.
