Pearl Fire: US Forest Service Assumes Control on Tuesday


The U.S. Forest Service assumed control of the Pearl Fire in Larimer County, currently at 138 acres with 0% containment. The fire was first reported on Monday near Red Feather Lakes, prompting mandatory evacuations for some areas. The fire is believed to be human-caused.
