The Denver area is buzzing with exciting events to enjoy this weekend. From car shows to live music, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The Rocky Mountain Rods and Rides Annual Car Show at The Shops at Northfield will feature classics, muscle cars, trucks, live music, and more on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. For a different kind of Sunday Funday, head to the Denver Polo Club in Sedalia to watch polo matches from the sidelines, mingle with players and ponies, enjoy a cocktail bar, and food trucks from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
For those who enjoy storytelling, Stories on Stage will present “The Sporting News” at Su Teatro Cultural & Performing Arts Center on Sunday at 2 p.m. Music lovers can catch Paula Fuga at Swallow Hill Music’s Daniels Hall at 7 p.m., or head to Comedy Works Downtown in Larimer Square to see Steven Anthony Gillespie at 7 p.m.
There are also several concerts happening in the area this weekend. Kacey Musgraves, Father John Misty, and Nickel Creek will be performing at Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre on Sunday at 7:30 p.m. Other shows include David Kushner at the Ogden Theatre, Mike Campbell & the Dirty Knobs at the Gothic Theatre, Jonah Marais at the Bluebird Theater, and DakhaBrakha at the Boulder Theater.
